I did one of my occasional fill in evenings at the radio station tonight, just after I finished talking to “Jason” in tech support and getting my internet connection back. I was fortunate to be able to premiere the new CD by Chester River Runoff, who will be having a CD release party at the Prince Theater this Friday. Of course I used the opportunity to shamelessly promote Clark’s Picks, where I have just posted a piece on John Herald, an undeservedly obscure musician from the 60’s folk scare.
Dick Cheney did not accompany me to the station. He was busy planning an invasion of Uraguay, “just in case.”
