The storm of controversy stirred up by the $50 Blog Challenge at A Blog About Nothing continues to provide something for the blog to be about. In announcing the contest winner A Blog About Nothing had angered readers by commenting “Rotus – While I appreciate the sarcastic wit it missed the technicality mark. That being “What would you spend it on to improve your BLOG?”
Readers continue to bombard A Blog About Nothing with negative feedback despite an attempted explanation and apology . Award winning blogger ROTUS, found sleeping at a table in the reading room of the Kent County Public Library , said “Huh? . . . Oh, I didn’t want his $50 anyway.”

You kill me Rotus! Great stuff, had me cracking up. Though to be fair I wouldn’t characterize my post as an explanation or an apology.
1) I don’t believe I had/have anything to explain. People can take it or leave it as they wish.
2) I have nothing to apologize for. Like I said in that post I would have done exactly what I did that worked everyone up. Except I would have clearly thanked the everyone, the winner and the losers for entering.
Go back to sleep my friend the table is missing you.

“A Blog about Nothing” was; Rude, Crude and Socially Unacceptable!
A comment; from someone who use to read, “A Blog About Nothing.” Now is, “A Blog With Out Another Reader.”

I wouldn’t be that hard on him, well actually *I* would, but you don’t have to. I already told the guy that I am planning to mik the situation for all it is worth. I am being purposely unfair and am misinterpreting his posts for, I hope, comedic effect.
